Refund policy

At Babahlu Kids all our products are of high quality however if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or need to change the size, we will happily exchange the item subject to the following conditions being met:

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You can choose a refund or exchange if your item has a MAJOR problem. This is when the item:
Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
Is unsafe
Is significantly different from the sample or description.
Doesn't do what we said it would or what you asked for and cant be easily fixed.
All items returned for exchange must be returned new and in original packaging, with labels, unworn, unused, not soiled or damaged.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer or you can go to one of our Pop Up Stores to exchange the items. Please contact us for our locations.
All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Exchange will only be given on the same value of the item/s.
Please email us and let us know details so we can arrange an exchange of items.
FAULTY GOODS
All items at Babahlu Kids are of high quality and are thoroughly checked before being packaged and sent to you. Should an item fall below these high standards and arrive faulty please contact us within 14 days via email to arrange an exchange. In this case No charge will be incurred by you for any extra postage. Please Contact Us.

POSTAGE

All Items will be posted within 3-5 business days of payment received. We also offer postage which offers a tracking number for delivery once picked up.

We can post Internationally which is the International Postage Rate to your destination posted by Australia Post.

Also, please note for international orders duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by Babahlu Kids. The recipient will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country and carrier related fees. If any such duties, taxes or fees are charged in the customer's country, they will likely need to be paid before the goods are released.
