EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Babahlu Kids all our products are of high quality however if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange the item subject to the following conditions being met:We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you CHANGE YOUR MIND.
You can choose a refund or exchange if your item has a MAJOR problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn't do what we said it would or what you asked for and cant be easily fixed.
Alternatively you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item with in a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or exchange.
Please keep your proof of purchase e.g. Receipt
- All items returned for exchange must be returned new and in original packaging, with labels, unworn, unused, not soiled or damaged.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer to send to us and we will cover cost to send back the exchanged item or you can go to one of our Pop Up Stores to exchange the items. Please contact us for our locations.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Exchange will only be given on the same value of the item/s.

All items at Babahlu Kids are of high quality and are thoroughly checked before being packaged and sent to you. Should an item fall below these high standards and arrive faulty please contact us within 14 days via email to arrange an exchange. In this case No charge will be incurred by you for any extra postage. Please contact Us.
Please note that all postage costs are for within Australia for the $11 Flat Rate Courier Charge. All Items will be posted within 3-5 business days of payment received. We offer postage by Courier which offers a tracking number. Please provide an address for delivery where someone is home to accept the package or a work address as it will be delivered during business hours. Please note if using a PO BOX address it will be sent via Australia Post.
We can post Internationally via Australia Post.
Also, please note for international orders duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by Babahlu kids. The recipient will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country and carrier related fees. If any such duties, taxes or fees are charged in the customer's country, they will likely need to be paid before the goods are released.
